Hardware Questions and Answers - Processor Too Slow For Game

Larry writes in with a hardware question
Q. I went from windows 98 second edition to windows XP home edition. Later I downloaded a game called Zookeeper trial. When I tried to set it up, I was told that I needed at least a 733 processor and a 500 was noted. Isn't windows XP suppose to run Zookeeper trial? I now have 322 RAM.

A. Even though you upgraded to Windows XP your processor speed is still the same. If the game requires a 733 MHz processor and yours in only a 500 MHz then it still wont run even if you have enough RAM. The processor speed is determined by the processor (CPU) chip on your motherboard.
