Joseph writes in with a networking question
Q. I forgot my wireless connection password? My son just got an iPod touch but we cannot remember the password to access internet from our box.

A. If you know the login to the router itself (different from the wireless password) then you should be able to get into the router and look up the WEP key or at least change it. If you can’t remember your router's password then you will need to reset it using the reset button on the back of the router if you don't know the login to the router itself. Keep in mind that it will reset it to the factory defaults and you will most likely have to connect to it with a network cable to get back in and setup your wireless settings. You should be able to do a search online for the default name and password to get into the router settings.

Another option is to download a utility like Wireless Key View which will extract the key from your computer. We have not tested this or any other utility like it so use it at your own risk.
