Taskbar Shuffle
Taskbar Shuffle is a free utility that allows you drag and drop your open programs on the Windows taskbar so you can rearrange them in any order you like. Many people like to have their programs in a certain order on their taskbar and sometimes you need to re-open one of them which puts it at the very right position of the taskbar.
With Taskbar Shuffle you can put that program back in its original position rather than close all of your programs and open them back up in order. Taskbar Shuffle works with 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows and can also reorder your groupings of icons if you use icon groups.

How to clean out a dusty computer
Julie writes in with a Windows question
Q. Is there a way to make the words on websites bigger? Some of the sites have small text and its hard to read. Someone told me to lower my computer's resolution to make everything bigger but its only websites that are too small.
Answer: In Internet Explorer you can change the text size by going to the View menu and then choosing Text Size and selecting a bigger size. Keep in mind that this will apply to all web pages you go to. If you want to zoom in closer on certain pages you can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and zoom in and out using your wheel button on your mouse.
