If you are new to Microsoft Office or just want to learn some new skills to better your Office expertise then Microsoft offers free online demonstrations on various Office products. You can choose from Office 2003 or 2007 software titles. There is even an option to build a list of your demos automatically based on what Office software you have installed on your system.
If you want to see information on a specific Office product then simply click on the Office 2003 or 2007 Office System tab from the main page and pick an application. Once you select a category there will be various demos to choose from. Then simply click the demo you want to watch and it will start playing. The demos are short but there are a lot to choose from on almost every Office product.
