Software Questions and Answers - CODEBASE Error with MSN Messenger

Kym writes in with a software question:
Q. Every time I go on msn messenger a pop up says CODEBASE error, db not found, database corruption. It will not let me type or get messages. Also does this once in a while when I am on other sites.

A. Do you by any chance have Net Nanny installed on your computer? If so download and install this patch.
