Troubleshooting Questions and Answers - Pictures on Websites are Blurry

Manish writes in with a troubleshooting question
Q. When I’m on the internet, photos are not clear and are blurry. Please help me.

A. Check and see if you are using MSN for your internet access or for your web browser. If so check on your taskbar by the clock for something called MSN Accelerator. Right click the MSN Accelerator icon in your system tray and set the level to none. The MSN Accelerator is used to supposedly increase the speed at which MSN subscribers can surf the Internet, access email and download files. By not showing the image at its full quality it is able to download it faster.

If you are not using MSN but are using another ISP such as Juno, NetZero etc then see if they are using an accelerator program.
