The Internet Explorer web browser is used by millions of Windows users and is one of the most popular browsers in use today. But that doesn't mean it's perfect by any means. There will still be times when you will get errors in IE and they may be browser related or Windows related. One of those errors can be about errors in DLL files.

The fix for the Iexplore has caused an error in mshtml.dll or Iexplore has caused an error in kernel.dll error may be as simple as an Internet Explorer upgrade. Open Internet Explorer and go to the Help menu and then About. If it doesn't say Version 6.0 or higher then you should do an upgrade. You should be able to upgrade from a Windows Update or the Internet Explorer home page.
