Answer: Your user account picture is what you see when you click the Start button above your programs. If you don't like the default picture then it's really easy to change. To change your picture, click on Start and then Control Panel. From there click on User Accounts and then click the Change Your Account Picture link. Here you will see the picture used for your account as well as other built in pictures that you can choose from. Once you find one you like just click on it and then click on Change picture. If you don't like the built in pictures then you can click on Browse for more pictures to use a custom picture from your computer as your user account picture.
