How do I change the position of my taskbar in Windows 7 from the bottom to the top? - Common Computer Questions

Question: How do I change the position of my taskbar in Windows 7 from the bottom to the top?

Answer: Unlike Windows XP where you can click and drag your taskbar from the bottom to the top or sides, you have to do it a little different in Windows 7. Here is how you do it.

Right click on an empty space on the taskbar and choose Properties.

On the Taskbar tab find where it says Taskbar location and select either bottom, left, right or top and then click OK.
