Christopher writes in with a Windows question

Question:
I am unable to use user accounts, goes to one login and when I check user accounts in control panel it tells me to uninstall client services in Netware and I just can’t find it.

Answer: Try these steps to remove the Netware client from your computer. You will not need to have this installed unless you are on a network that connects to Netware servers.

1. Click on Start and then Control Panel (or Settings, Control Panel)
2. Double click Network Connections
3. Right click Local Area Connection and choose Properties
4. Click on the Client services for Netware and click on Uninstall and Yes to confirm
